Living in a remote mountain area, searching on-line was truly my only option outside of burning a lot of fuel driving hundreds of miles to find the vehicle I wanted -- a Cadillac SRX. CARFAX is the clear winner on all counts. The reviews of dealers by previous customers helped me to avoid potential problems with shady offers as well as dealers that had started out very good and then gone to the Dark Side. The other service did not offer near as much data. The only snag was learning to NOT put too many specifics in the search engine for the car I sought in order to get it to show me everything in the 200 mile range I chose, but other than that, the whole experience was wonderful and saved me a lot of haggling stress. The road maps offered were detailed as well, making finding my dealer at 170 miles away very easy. There were more than a dozen clear photos of my beauty taken from all angles, interior and exterior. The best part was finally meeting my new vehicle and seeing how much better she was in person! When time comes to again seek a vehicle, I will definitely use CARFAX and nothing else!
