After giving my 2013 Buick Enclave to my son, starting his first post graduate job as a Legislative Aide for the state of Oregon, I then found I needed a commuter car for very short and seldom trips around home. I looked at a 2006 Camry that was gorgeous, low mileage and reasonably priced but after carfax advised that it had been in not one, but two accidents, one apparently pretty bad, I did not purchase the Toyota. But the really good news, for me anyway, was a private seller that had a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis that was her recently deceased husbands car. I purchased a carfax review, using the VIN # and voila, a full, and clean history from the day of purchase, from the seller I bought the car from.
