I found a 2014 Toyota Avalon hybrid at CarMax in Florida with 5000 miles on it. I paid the 39 dollars to check out the car and I found it had never been registered or never been in an accident. The dealer in Miami used it for his personal use ( wife ect.)
I bought it and because it had never been registered, Bank of America gave me a super great rate on a car loan.
