Upon calling to get finance, they were quick to get me into a car. Further to that they have been absolutely useless and extremely rude on the phone. Upon having issues with my, new to me, car. They haven’t done anything to help resolve the situation as they promised. I raised a complaint nearly 4 months ago and is still ongoing. I’ve tried calling and I get a rude operator saying they’re in training and hang up. I’ve been due a call for the past 5 weeks and nothing. Not even an email. In my experience I would never recommend them nor would I ever use their service again. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It seems, once they get their fee from the service they couldn’t care less about the customer.
