Condition of rental was change at the pick up point. Other option was to be left without a car and ruin vacation. I wrote 25 reminders to company e-mail, submitted 10 customer reply forms and called to the company number to Spain about 15 times. All they have to say during 3 months of wait: we are waiting for reply from rental company, be patient. Noone even try to communicate with Customer, I have simple question, I need explanation - at CarJet nobody cares! So if anything will happen to you on the road - noone will help you. you are just another source of money and when you paid - noone cares about you. This company totally does not desirve the rating it has. Ha ha, surely because all bad comments are deleted. Loosers!
