I rent a car in istanbul through carjet.com , ones i reach to collect my car they refuse to give it to me because my local license is in arabic and i already have an international license, as per the car jet policy is it is arabic i have to bring international license and this is what i did.
I contact carjet but no even minimum action taken , they are not answering me even after sending all prof documents .
They are improfessional company and even employee.
