From my experience in car jet; they are scammers! Do you know why they're cheap? Because they have a poor service and got money without giving you a service! Let me tell you my experience, I booked a car for 1 week in Luton online and I went to the collection point on time to GREEN MOTION Rent a Car in London, Luton Airport and it took me an hour and half to get served (It was only 2 people in front of me). Finally, the receptionist rejected my international driving licence because of there insurance policy which the carjet didn't inform me about such policy. I asked the receptionist about my refund but he told me carjet is 3rd company and He can't do my refund at all. I contacted them via email but they didn't even read my email and sent me I can't get my refund due to another policy 😑 In between I can't get the service and they took my money because they are real scammers. Don't try to book with this company!
