Absolutely Scam be careful and no customer support at all Booked a large car in izmir Turkey. They told me the car will arrive the next day and offered me a way smaller car. Not even my luggage fit in so I declined and ask for a refund of my deposit. It's now nearly 3 months, email support does not react. If I call the hotline they tell me, that they still wait for a reaction of the car dealer in Turkey to get his side of the Story. People screaming at me on the telephone and no help at all. Absolutely scam be careful please. I lost 213€ but learned the lection to never use this company again.
