Carjet are the customer facing outfit but then you are passed onto Surprice who seem to be insurance brokers. Rude staff threatened to put me out of the mysterious transport bus to the unknown location. Nothing is clear on their voucher/terms and conditions. I left after being asked to porovide ID that I simpley do not have as all my utility bills are online, not on paper. The chap there was arrogant and threw me out of the building whilst I was trying to call for a taxi and this remote location
