AVOID Carjet! They will fool you one way or another. I bought a full insurance from Carjet together with my booking, to be on the safe side. One morning the car didn't start so I called the insurance company who sent a guy who helped me get it started. All fine... until I get an invoice from Europcar (where I picked up the car) of £100 and claimed the same amount from Carjet. This was in June 2024 and now, six months later, I still haven't gotten my money. I have reported this matter several times but Carjet either avoids answering or I get an automated message saying that they can't find my booking and therefore can't help me. This is clearly a company that makes profits by scamming people. If anyone honest at Carjet reads this, my ref. number is: CJT-117129704
