What a terrible company. It purports to offer cheap cars, but when you look at the small print, it gives no real cover and a massive deposit taken. Also quite the MOST unhelpful, rude customer service (if you can call it that), that I've encountered in the travel industry. They had no interest in offering me a refund that was caused by their computer system mistake, and I had to re-book a more expensive car with the actual car rental company instead. I would never recommend using this company - they offer the promise of a cheap car, but this comes at a Hugh price in deposit terms and terrible unhelpful poor customer service terms when their system does something wrong. Not worth the risk.
