I booked a car rental time, I called them 10 days before the pick-up that I would be late with my flight at the booked time, it says on their website to contact me if there is a change, of course I called and got an unprofessional answer, SORRY NO WE CAN HELP YOU, BUT THE MONEY REMAINS, WE DO NOT RETURN IT, WHETHER YOU TAKE THE CAR OR NOT, and hanging up the phone, very unprofessional and disastrous, scum from the company
