WARNING- DO NOT BOOK ANY CARS WITH THIS COMPANY! GO DIRECT TO CAR RENTAL AGENCIES INSTEAD. SIXT has amazing service and cars! My car was cancelled 2 hours before pick-up, with the agent alleging that my credit card company had cancelled the fund transaction due to “fraudulent transactions”. THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! My bank confirmed that the transaction had been cancelled by CarJet, and the car rental agency informed us that our car booking had been cancelled by CarJet a few days before I was notified via email. Thankfully, SIXT was able to still provide us with a car at short notice. To make matters even worse, the refund we received was less than what we had actually paid.
