Booked with these in August for our 1st family hoilday to Lego land/ Windsor with our autistic son They landed to the airport with no car seat they were told on booking one was needed he refused to take us witch meant we had to wait for him to come back witch took him over a hour . When we got to depo they were looking a creadit card that a normal visa bank card wouldn’t not work also deposit of £2500, then I was told “I should of read the small print “ The men wer Noway helpful in the office I had my 4 year old autistic son with me witch was totally distraught. My husband was waiting on his license to come back but had a card but and all the relevant paperwork with him still refused. Also refused to amend the booking because I also had both parts of my license with me was in the office for nearly a hour trying to get somewhere with them ended up just catching a taxi to Lego land because I was just exhausted and clearly was never going to be give a vehicle even tho we payed for it and never actually received a refund have tryed multiple times an have still been told the same thing So guys make sure “you read the small print” and don’t get caught out like we did as we were just left sitting like spare pr**ks in the office and ended up haven to pay a taxi will never book with this company again as the stress of that before a hoilday kind of took the good out of it as my son can’t take public transport.
