Awful experience. We paid for the car , which we could not pickup as the car shop was shut. They had our flight number. They also tried to say that we needed to pickup car before 10 pm as the shop closed at 10 pm , car pickup was arranged for 10 pm exactly. So how would we be there sooner if this is the arranged time they should allow us to pickup at 10pm as arranged. Had our flight number and nobody tried to contact me. Shocking service will take them to court.
