Car 5-13 Jan, flight from Vienna cancelled due to Manchester not accepting flights, Snow, & I tried to phone both CarJet & Greenmotion, plus sending emails to both to say I will collect car day later! Spoke to Greenmotion in Spain explaining, told car cancelled! Lesson learned, shall not use for any future car hire! Hired car elsewhere, let them know flight late & car waiting when I got there. Not sure how you are legally allowed to do this, but hey enjoy you have more Profit by charging for car not used.
