Avoid Carjet at all costs! They sell fraudulent insurance advertised as "100% covered" and "Platinum Excess Waiver." I got stuck in a snow ditch and needed towing assistance, only to discover their insurance has hidden clauses. It only covers towing back to their branch or garage after an accident—no roadside assistance! I also wasted a full month chasing after this claim while having to file everything by myself. When I talked to Carjet agents on the phone, they outright said, "There is nothing we can help you" (even on their website said you are "100% fully covered"). When I responded that it seemed like you don't need to do business with me anymore, the agent admitted, "Yes." This shows they’re just money grabbers and don’t expect any return customers. All I can suggest is : Stay away from this fraudulent business and use the insurance product directly from the rental company—you will have a much better experience and don't have regret like me for sure!!!
