Unbelievable. I had almost given up any chance that I'd be able to ReFi, but Olivia got me in touch with Lacy Smith and it all happened inside of a month. So quick, my head was spinning! They treated me with deference and respect, and they have my highest recommendation without reservation. My mortgage went from 7.25%APR to 1.82% for 10 years. My payment went up $90, for a term reduction of nearly 7 years, to 10 years. They did great for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process.
