Michael Erman, our realtor, was very professional and he exceeded all of our expectations, by far. Michael met with us at his office with a complete and detailed marketing plan, prior to our signing with him. One point that he made that stands out, there are larger teams, that sell more together as a team,, but that he would be truly dedicated as our agent. There wouldn't be any lockbox, he would be present for all showings. Our house, a very formal and very large Country French Chateau, was going to be difficult to sell in the Sacramento region due to style and price. Michael marketed our home in over 60 languages worldwide, showcasing our home with photos in numerous magazines, and he was always available for showings. Despite the pandemic limitations, he sold our home. He is very personable, a great negotiator, knowledgable about construction and the region, with great eye for detail. We will never use anyone else, he's the best.
