Awful company. The worst experience of my life. The police should be brought in to prosecute these thieves. I booked my flights in 2019 to Thailand but had to cancel due to COVID. Even though I cancelled five days before due to fly which was well within their t&cs they still won’t give me my money back. I have lost £1500 to these crooks. Please please don’t book with them. They are liars and cheats. Do your research. The owner is sitting on £8.5M in the bank and yet there are hundreds of customers chasing for their money back.
