Absolute nightmare company. I had flights booked that got cancelled which we paid £1000 for 2 adults and 1 child from uk to Cyprus. These got cancelled and we accepted a voucher. Went to rebook and they want another £388 per person. I am actually cheaper booking the flights direct with the airline than through this joke of a company that I have already given £1000 to
