Highly recommended. We requested a couple of changes with our flights during our recent trip to India and Malaysia in Feb 2023, with very little notice, but nothing was too much trouble for Carlton Leisure. Harry, Ronny and Abhi were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, and communicated with us very effectively and attentively, (even though we were a little delayed in replying back).
So definitely intend to use them in the future.
