Absolutely appalling and rip off company! I bought a family of 4 tickets from London to Florida last December. All flights were cancelled this April. The refund eventually arrived after 16 weeks of chasing, alas, they deducted £300 for ADMINISTRATION FEE. What's a rip off company to make a profit out of the customers' pocket. I looked at the reviews in google and trustpilot, when Carlton received one bad review, they then got 3 to 5 good reviews on the same day or the next day. It is clearly a cover up of bad reviews!!!
What is a joke!!! A dishonest company!!!
