I was delighted when the mats arrived on time. I was quite disappointed by the finish on the drivers side (back and front right of heel zone) look like a Friday evening job that passed their quality control. Thankfully they offered to replace it. Excellent! I asked if the gap behind the accelerator pedal of 35mm (1.38") and the 30mm (simular) to its left could be resolved when making the replacment 'tailoured fit mats with no gaps'. Unfortunately, having seen my photos they are adament that the mats fit my Hyundi ix35. Sorry, but my CarMatSize2 photo shows that the mat is as far forward as allowable by the holding lugs and yet there is an unsightly gap to said pedal. They tell me they cannot increase the space beyond the heel zone by 35mm (to fill the gap) because their mats are OEM. I will now ask Hyundi why I go an extra long car and how do I defend the Irish government asking for extra road tax. All joking aside, when OEM's and products evidently do not match, I would go and check. I would not tell the customer, in such tone, that it is they (me) that is wrong. I am very happy with the logo but as I suggested, it would be nice to see what is expected while ordering... A preview would not be as difficult as exting ix35 mats by 35mm when requested.
