My daughter wanted an island for her kitchen and I found Carolina Legs while doing a Google search. I read all positive reviews before I placed my order. Shipment was fast, and they were packed very well. And boy, are these legs heavy duty! We painted them with a clear matte spray paint from Rustoleum. This paint did not change the color of the legs snd dried very fast. We added a 6 foot butcher block top. We also added a few boards underneath for additional storage space. These boards were drilled and attached to the legs crossbar. (I talked to the rep from the company to make sure it was ok to drill into these legs without impacting their structural strength.) Like I said before… these legs are very heavy-duty. This turned out beautiful and my daughter absolutely loves it! I highly recommend this company and will certainly buy from them again!
