Overall, it's a really good looking and sturdy bed. And the price is very good, considering that it's made of solid ash and that it doesn't have a 5th leg in the middle. However, compared to other wooden beds on the marked, you'll need to put in some finishing work before you can use it:
1. The plywood slats came not sanded and the edges are very rough and splintery. I'd recommend sanding them down before you assemble the bed. I cut myself with a large splinter handling the slats.
2. The bed came with some minor dents in the frame that could be fixed by wet ironing and sanding. But because there were so minor, I didn't bother.
3. One of the threaded inserts got pulled out pretty easily when I tried to assemble the bed. Luckily, I had some epoxy that I used to re-install it and it worked fine after that.
4. The bed has unfinished surface. If you are into that kind of a thing, it can be an upside, but I chose to finish it with a nice hard wax oil, which really improved the color of the ash.
In conclusion, it's a good buy if you don't mind putting in a bit of work into it before you use it.
