I have ordered check before with no problem. My last order didn't arrive two weeks after the order was placed. I inquired on their website and someone called the next day saying that orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico were flagged for insufficient postage. The person I spoke with claimed that was not the case. They reprinted my order and said theywould send it out on a different carrier. That took over two weeks to arrive. The worse thing is my initial order is unaccounted for. No communicatio as wether it was sent back or is lost somewhere with my info. Very poor customer service. I am not odereing from you again.
