I’ve actually just read the most recent review which is exactly the same situation I’m in. Ordered some car cleaning stuff on 12/01/2021. Received an email the next day to say that they didn’t have a certain item. Rang them to ensure that the rest is still being delivered and they assured me the rest was being processed. But it’s still not here and your asking me to review my order? How does that work?
