Avoid Carpenters Claims at All Costs. It has been years since my claim was submitted. Despite countless attempts to contact them, I have had no correspondence whatsoever—no updates, no explanations, nothing.
Carpenters Claims have shown zero urgency or professionalism in handling my case and at this point, I am just being ignored. If you’re thinking of using them, I would advise against.
