Came with the WRONG CARPET!! Refused to offer any compensation. Would not even pay deposit back by bank transfer had to go there to collect my money. This company does not treat customers with fairness. They will ask you to sign a contract where you are liable to pay extra fees if you need to reschedule; if Carpetgiant messes up your order they will not offer you ANY compensation. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CHECK CARPETS BEFORE GOING OUT TO FIT. I telephoned beforehand to find out how much extra the fitting charge will be for coming to fit in east London. The manager told me £60. When I got there they wanted £145 for just fitting 10m of stairs carpet. Should have walked out then, but as I really liked the carpet went ahead with the order. A company that operates like this should not be trusted with any deposit money - you should insist on payment only after fitting.
