Ordered a carpet mid October, price increased after survey by quite a bit, but were told deposit not refundable so had to go with it. At least we were promised delivery and fitting start of December. Fitting date cancelled by Carpetright. Now told unlikely this year, so January. One person in the Salisbury store has been very helpful but uess he can't solve the heaps of problems this company seems to have (feel sorry for him).
Probably going for full refund and will recommend friends, neighbours and family avoid them as very disappointing service.
