Bought flooring from Livingston store, wrong one fitted, they did admit it was their fault and after a lot of wrangling they agreed to put right, they have but expensive door bars paid fir didn’t arrive, assured fitter would bring on 22dec waited in he never came, went to shop in person and picked up myself, as we are both disabled this is not ideal, the way we have been treated between a badly fitted bedroom carpet and the flooring etc
