In September last year at the Carpetright store in Dunstable.
We ordered a 4'6" base and mattress. They were delivered and installed. A 4'6" base but a 5'0" mattress!!!!
It's been nearly a year now and we're are still waiting for the correct size replacement mattress.
Apparently it's everyone's fault but Carpetright.
Wish we'd known then, what we know now.
