She agreed in store and twice on the phone that we had paid to get both our kitchen and bathroom laminated with the same piece of flooring. When the gent turned up to fit the laminate he had no knowledge of the bathroom fitting. When i questioned this with Jess she said we never agreed this and I was going to sort this myself, she then tried to strong arm me into paying a cancellation fee or take what had been falsely agreed.
