Store clerk entered the wrong carpet on the system. I was told its my fault I should have checked the invoice. Asked a friend to stay home on the day of fitting my disappointment when I return. Called the store and the store clerk refuse to talk to me. The other store clerk let me know it my fault and he his busy with other customers and hang up. Called customer services who said the would Investigatea d contact me on the 18 of February. It's now march and no follow up. And a carpet not for for purpose.
