I have been fobbed off since last year. Passed from pillar to post. Added a review on trustpilot and suddenly seemed like I was getting somewhere. No! Passed back to one of the five or six customer service agents who basically don't care.
I want someone (not the incompetent fitters or rude store manager) to come and look at the awful job.
No chance of that I'm afraid.
Got my cash and dont give a toss.
Never again!
