No customer service . 1st carpet...did not tell us about different underlays but cha4ged the most expensive. Did not tell us about the door adjusting service for carlet depth.
2nd carpet had to telephone twice to get rwceipt for purchase. did not answer numerous calls re flaw in carpet. 3 visits in covid times to our house after writing to head office in desperation. Rubbish customwr zervice wont use again or recomend
