Be ware, this is a company who will do ANYTHING to set you up and take your money, even to things you have not agreed to. Then they will not send you the proof for you to prove they were in the wrong. To the people of Carphone Warehouse, you work in a communications industry, learn the tools to communicate and get back in touch with people and offer "customer service" rather than customer interference.
