I`ve got a call from Carphone Warehouse. He wanted to give me an offer. I just said to him what I need so can He give me something like that. So He was really well prepared. I just said what Im looking for and he just adjust his offer. Unfortunatelly we couldn`t make that deal at that time as I did not change my bank details yet. So he was supposed to call me back later. He did it few times more as I was busy. He was very persistent too. I liked the way he answered to my every questions, seemed to me he had a wide experience and knowledge. He was always polite even though I intervened. It was a friendly, direct conversation about the offer. I really enjoyed his attitude. Well done Sam Egal, you`ve done a good job!
