You people have given me so much stress over the last month, all I asked for was to see if I wouod be proved and I would get back to you and your blackpool manger was fine with it to come to the next day to have ordered and agreed to having a contract phone with all I wanted was a credit check, for then to be told I would have to come back the next day and to be told that you assistant manger couldnt do it and have to come in tomorow (saturday), which I did and spoke to the manger and he was nice when I said I needed to cancel it, he took down my details and cancelled it, and then within a couple of day to have a letter from vodafone to tell me thatnit hasnt ben cancel, so now I have to get a ref no to cancel everyth7ng when you should of done it there and then when I rang up, why should I be cleaning up your mess when I stated I didnt want 1, treat your customers with some respects and you will get it back, it has put me off going with you in the near future.......
