Visited bluewater store and a gentleman called Matt really helped my friend, He looked into several different deals for her until she was satisfied. He made us feel comfortable and we felt like he had the time to help. However I was not happy when Matt asked the manager to come over to discuss something and they would not even come over and then when we was at the tills I found the manager to be a complete jobs worth! He pulled Matt to one side and told him he spent far to much time with us and he needed to be quick on making sales. It made me feel extremely annoyed and like they are not allowed to spend time with you to help just so they could make there money! I felt like saying something to the manager but he saw I could see what he was saying and walked out the back. Money grabbers! We walked out the store feeling really bad on poor Matt because he satisfied a customer but not his manager which is wrong! He should have not been told off for spending time to help a customer. I work in customer service and felt he was very professional however I did not think the managers were professional. The store was not busy and there was plenty other helpers standing around doing nothing. I would completely understand if there was loads of people in the store waiting and there potentially losing business. Customer service is the key and I can say I will only go in there to use this chap again but would strongly recommend Carphone warehouse to look at the people they class as managers! Arrogant twats!
