I upgraded my phone last week. Ut my number hadn't conected. Rang the main department to complain. Couldn't understand the woman she wasn't answering my questions. I took my phone back to the shop they exchanged it. Just had a email to say I'm getting a phone delivered. What do I do now? Will I be charged for other phone? I see as their cock up not mine.
