I visited the Stratford Westfield store today and was absolutely delighted with the service I received. I dealt with both a customer service advisor named Joni and the assistant manager, Emile. The service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Both representatives made me feel completely at ease and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied all the while keeping up a constant stream of banter!
