Never again ! Ordered phone upgrade by telephone , arrived next day as promised but no new SIM card with phone . Rang customer support to check if it was supposed to have one or should I use my old one from last phone, was told no you can't do that you need a new sim you should have been sent one but you will now have to go to a store for that ! I said I was without a car as was in garage could they post it and was first told 'no we don't do that ' then after complaining she said ok we will post it but 3-5 working days , I asked if my old sim would be deactivated soon she said yes ! So I said so I will be without a phone for up to 5 days through no fault of my own and you will not send it next day ( not even a first class stamp ) no the answer came ! Lovely ! I being heavily pregnant and worried about being phone less borrowed a car to drive to my local store to be told ' oh you don't need a new sim you just use your old one :(((((((( so a wasted journey ! I then took the phone home to link up to my iTunes account and it would not connect ! On phoning customer support they said ' oh you need to go to a store to get technical help ! ' no way I said I have just got back from your store ! They passed me from pillar to post until I said forget it I need to return this phone and cancel the contract ! I drove back to the store to return the phone and was told by the girl there that she couldn't have helped me anyway as they have no technical training !So be aware of you have trouble with your handset when it arrives you are on your own ! Thank goodness I saved myself from dealing with this for the whole duration of my contract!
