I cancelled my ID mobile in March, gave 30days notice!!!
just noticed they are still taking my money!!
I rang them and after 15mins I got hold of someone to be told "oh it should have stopped on the 14th of April" so they were going to cancel it again to day.
NOT IMPRESSED so lost another £15 as they could not refund me.
I'm going to cancel my DD tonight.(what an idiot I was)thinking that the Car phone ware house are a trusting company. Very poor service
