Had to order the same phone six times, all of which were cancelled. Customer service is terrible and kept changing the reason as to why the orders wouldn't go through. Very rude and unhelpful, just get transferred to other agents and I was even transferred through to an answering machine on my final call, at that time I gave up! I was reassured that my order had been placed, so when I didn't receive a confirmation email I called back to find out it hadn't been placed at all. Do not order through this company, they will cause you more hassle than anything and you won't even get your phone!
