Generally our experience at Woking carphone warehouse has been poor-I have three contracts for myself and two daughters and at various times when there have been problems the time you are kept waiting, the number of visits it takes to resolve the issues is ridiculous-HOWEVER- there is one member of staff there called Sam who is responsible for my very good rating-whenever he has dealt with us he has been polite, friendly and most importantly, efficient. Every single time he has served us he has dealt with the problem and done all he can to give us the best possible service. Carphone Warehouse you should value this employee-he is by far your most valuable asset....
