Just wanted to say a big thank you to the guy that helped me out at the Edmonton, London branch today. I bought a Huawei P9 lite yesterday and had to swap it for the P8 lite as the SARS rating in P9 was too high for me, which I didn't find out till I got the phone home and read about it on the internet (luckily I did this before opening the box). I forgot to bring the card in that I paid with and you were kind enough to phone your head office and get the money left over after swapping phones, put back on my card without me having to go back home and get it.
