I bought a £640 Samsung S7 Edge and within 3 months the screen shows a bright pink line down it. After asking for assistance I've been told I have to send it for repair despite Samsung telling me there is no stock of parts so it cannot be repaired. As such I need to be without a phone for 28 days before CarphoneWarehouse will acknowledge they need to refund me.
During my conversations with them I've been told their policy supersedes the Consumer Rights Act. I've been refused the option to speak to a manager. I've been promised return calls that never happened..
When I tried to leave an honest review about my experience on their website, the moderators blocked it. There were no swear words and it was entirely true but they censored it anyway.
