Still waiting on refund of £170, and for carphone warehouse to cancel my order with Vodafone even though I cancelled my order and returned it on 30 November 2 days after purchase (photographic proof of package returned) it is now dec 31st no further forward with my cancellation. Carphone warehouse say the package was opened and the phone stolen, they have opened a grievance with DPD and refuse to cancel my order or refund me my £170 till this is sorted. Surely this is between carphone warehouse and DPD, I don’t understand why I am being penalised when I cancelled and returned package within 14 day cooling off period. Call centre Customer service agent was rude and aggressive and displayed no empathy, constantly talking over me and reciting carphone warehouse policy with no consideration to the customer!!!
